10/10—would absolutely recommend! Our son’s tire had been slowly leaking, but we couldn’t figure out what was causing it. We took it to Gills without an appointment, and they were able to get us in quickly. They found a nail in the tire and patched it for us. When we went to check out, we were told, “No charge today.” We never expect free service, but that simple act of kindness and excellent customer service gained them a customer for life! Thank you, Gills, for taking such great care of us. We truly appreciate it!

Never had any problems with getting my tires here bought my last 2 sets and they always had great deals. They usually had me in and out around an hour. Customer service is very professional and strong. I’ve always had positive experiences with getting an alignment done along with having new brake lines.

As soon as I walked in I was met with a warm friendly greeting from the staff. I came in last minute on a Friday to get help with a screw lodged in my tire. Brandon helped me immediately, grabbed my information and keys, my vehicle was being worked on within minutes of arrival. Brandon was very attentive and pointed out squeaking coming from my car, and offered a free inspection on my next visit. I am glad I stopped in this business today, will definitely be back in the future!

Was 3rd in line when they opened. I Saw first and second party's leave when their business was completed. The car behind me was also on the way out the door. Meanwhile, Im still waiting for 2 mounts and 2 discounts. They didnt even have to pull my vehicle inside. Rims and tires were in the back of a pickup. After about an hour and 15 minutes guy rolls tires out. Tires were mounted with opposite side walls. One in one out. The tech was inexperienced. These dots on the tire are supposed to line up with valve stem. Specificly the red one. Neither tire was mounted that way. Therefore a crap load of stick on weights were added to the inside of my rim. The tire that was mounted backwards only took about 5 minutes to remount, so i know you sent me out the door with out checking the balance. I never asked for a balance. I had to peel them all off, as I have self balancing hubs on my truck. I dont feel anyone listened to my request. Manager didnt charge me when I went inside to pay.
